Support at Home Program

If you or are looking to access Occupational Therapy and have a Support at Home package you may be able to access my therapy support that is tailored to your individual goals and needs. Please speak with your Support at Home provider or care coordinator to discuss whether Occupational Therapy services can be accessed through your available funding.
